Lizzie competed in the Para-Triathlon at the Commonwealth games and placed 5th in her event. She has been training at Wirral Metro to improve her swim and matched her best time on the swim leg (750m open water), she then had a 20km hand-bike, followed by 5km run segment on race wheelchairs. Lizzie’s overall time was 1hr 20mins and 4seconds.
